We undertook the task of transitioning Lakeland Industries' website from CraftCMS to WordPress, successfully migrating over 10,000 files, including PDFs and images. As part of this project, we redesigned the site's infrastructure to streamline content maintenance, significantly improving its manageability. In addition, we integrated their HubSpot blog, formerly housed on a subdomain, into their primary website. This strategic consolidation not only simplified management but also significantly amplified SEO performance where it counts.
Lakeland Fire
Lakeland expressed a desire for a website specifically tailored to showcase their offerings for firefighters. In response, we crafted a site uniquely targeted at this audience. The effects were immediate and substantial: there was a pronounced boost in SEO performance, and Google rankings saw a dramatic surge, particularly for keyword segments relevant to this demographic.
Sangoma
We've been instrumental in managing Sangoma's continually expanding portfolio of websites. We successfully transitioned the website from Drupal to WordPress, incorporating a fresh design update in the process. The migration from local IT resources to a reliable hosting partner was carried out smoothly. Our team was responsible for recording and editing numerous podcasts. Furthermore, for multiple years, we've produced and recorded the entire AstriCon Livestream. FreePBX
When Digium and Sangoma merged, we efficiently moved freepbx.org to a new host. As part of the migration, we streamlined the WordPress plugin stack, reducing it from over 100 plugins to a more manageable 20. In addition, we developed a searchable index for their plugins and rectified numerous SEO issues, thereby optimizing the site's performance and usability.
Agent Academy Podcast
We crafted a dynamic community website for the Agent Academy Podcast, where our involvement extended beyond design and development. Our team actively participated in the podcast's production, recording, editing, and even co-hosting. Moreover, we oversaw the management of the discord server associated with the podcast. Our creative efforts included the design of numerous images for the site, custom graphics for each podcast episode, and all Agent Academy events. To complement the community experience, we integrated a WooCommerce store featuring on-demand merchandise, thus enriching the website's functionality and user engagement.
New Futures, inc
New Futures, Inc is a non-profit organization making a significant impact on homeless families in the Huntsville, AL area. Our team has had the privilege of redesigning their website on multiple occasions, transitioning it from a custom CMS to WordPress, and migrating from a sluggish hosting service to a swift, modern host. To augment the site's functionality and user experience, we integrated Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Mailchimp.
